Personally, I think the latter is over rated: I heard the demo CD: if I had money to burn, I’d try them both. For NLP, you need to be reasonably suggestible. If you are, then consider trying autosuggestion (self hypnosis), or the many, reasonably priced HYPNOSIS DOWNLOADS. Otherwise I’d try the free EFT, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris in section 53, and see the foot of section 3. Relaxation methods are on pages 2, 11, 2c, and 2i.

Sorry, I don’t know about the NLP Cd;s you are referring to, but I am a long term Holosync user and extremely happy with the program.
Holosync is by no means some quick fix, and you can go through some rough times with it.
But… In my opinion, it is absolutely invaluable. Whatever your “stuff” is. Holosync will make it come to the surface. Not pleasant all the time, but, you do get rid of the stuff.
I’ve seen significant gains the 6 years I’ve been on the program. I would not go back to how and who I was even if someone gave a lot of money
But, you can’t be impatient doing it. You don’t get to choose what issue to deal with fiorst. Your inner mind does that.
Sometimes people don’t see gains or results for quite some time…
It is a wonderful way to learn that “now” is OK and there is no hurry. That in itself is worth a lot…
Sorry I can’t be of more help since I don’t know the NLP stuff.
IMO, it is hard to compare Holosync with anything else, becasue I don’t know of anything that does what HS does.
I’m an EFT practitioner, but one can’t say the EFT is vetter or worse than HS. It is like comparing puppies with golfballs
If you are starting with HS, I do believe they give a full years money back guarantee, so you would be covered if you change your mind.
